Declaring where and for what the tool was used, and reviewing before release
Respondents across all groups report stating where and for what purpose generative tools were used, citing them where the work is academic, and reviewing generated content thoroughly before it reaches anyone else. Disclosure is expressed as a description of purpose rather than as an acknowledgement of a tool.

Account of the practice
Institutions have rendered disclosure binding through forms and thesis submission requirements, and those instruments are recorded at the meso level. This record covers the version of the same measure that operates without a form. It appears in two parts, which respondents state together.
The first part is the declaration itself, and its form is consistent. Respondents describe stating where the tool was used and for what purpose, which constitutes a statement about the work rather than about the software. One respondent adds the reciprocal commitment, namely that protected data is never shared, so that the declaration and the data rule are presented as a single position.
The second part is a check performed before any material is released. Content generated for materials that others will receive is reviewed thoroughly beforehand, and outputs are critically evaluated before use. This is the same discipline that teachers describe applying to teaching materials, stated here by administrators and students in respect of their own work, which indicates that it is not confined to one role.
The second report notes that compliance with such principles was commonly reported and appeared to increase between the two survey years, which establishes the record as a strengthening pattern rather than a stable one.

I always give information about where and what for I've used GenIA tools. And I never share protected data.
Disclosure is expressed as a statement of place and purpose, and it is given together with the data rule, which is how respondents themselves join the two.

I always review answers/content generated thoroughly before using it for any materials that will be given to others.
The review is tied to the moment the content leaves the author, which is what makes it a practice rather than an attitude.

The only rule I can identify is to cite the LLMs used and specify their applications for academic work.
A student states the same rule where no institutional instrument supplies it, which shows the practice is not simply the shadow of a policy.

Identified as a common theme across all stakeholder groups and supported by verbatim quotations from a teacher, an administrator and two students describing their own routine.
